Behind the Scenes Activity

For the past few weeks, behind the scenes activities have been occurring!

1) Locating rehearsal facility/facilities that is/are cost effective and within budget
2) Contacting additional staff members to assist with show design
3) Creating and updating the ATX website, ATX Facebook, and ATX Myspace pages
4) Building community relations by reaching out to other local non-profit foundations
5) Contacting potential members via facebook, myspace, and email

All while working a full-time 40 hour a week job! WHEW! It will all be worth it in the end, gotta lay the groundwork before you can build the foundation! :-)
